Beautifully decorated luxurious lobby that welcomes guests warmly.

I had a disappointing experience during check-in. The receptionist was rude and made the process unnecessarily difficult. the air conditioning in my room was weak, making it uncomfortable, especially during warmer days.

the hotel was quite underwhelming, to say the least. I had to bother others to see menus due to their ridiculous QR code system. the AC was weak, I expected a royal suite upgrade for my troubles, but no such luck. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, what a letdown!

The early check-in made my arrival smooth after a late flight. The staff was exceptionally professional, always greeting us with a smile. I truly enjoyed the stunning mountain view from my deluxe room. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for a relaxing afternoon after a long day.

The parking area could have been better organized.

Had an amazing time with friends! The gym was top-notch and super clean. We loved exploring the beautiful Yuvacik Dam just 1 km away. Beşkayalar Natural Park was perfect for trekking and picnicking. Breakfast had a ton of choices and really got us going for the day. Definitely planning on returning for the friendly service and modern features!

the room was pretty decent but had a few issues with the cleanliness. the view from our family suite was absolutely stunning and we loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom! the breakfast spread was impressive. hotel staff were super friendly! !
